Temporary IT Installation Assistant (2–3 Days)

I'm looking for one assistant to help with a once-off IT installation project from 6 July to 8 July. The work is expected to take 2–3 days, and the total payment is R2,000 for the project.

Duties include:

  • Pulling and installing network cables.
  • Drilling holes and mounting equipment where required.
  • Installing and setting up desktop PCs.
  • General assistance with the IT installation.

Requirements:

  • Able to demonstrate a basic understanding of networking (through study or practical experience).
  • Previous hands-on experience with tasks such as pulling cables, drilling holes, installing rawl bolts, or similar workshop or construction work.
  • Comfortable using power tools and working on ladders and in ceiling spaces.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
  • Professional attitude when working on client premises.
  • Must be able to meet in the Moregloed (Pretoria) area at 06:00 each morning, or live along the route between Moregloed and Lenasia.
