Applications developed by CiTiFi that integrate with Meta products comply with the applicable Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Information received through Meta APIs:

  • is deleted when no longer required or when legally requested.

Users may revoke permissions granted to our applications through their Meta account settings at any time.

Users may request deletion of information associated with Facebook, Messenger or WhatsApp by:

  1. Sending an email to info@citifi.co.za with the subject "Meta Data Deletion Request".

  2. Including:

    • Full Name

    • Email Address

    • WhatsApp Number or Facebook Account (where applicable)

    • Description of the request

We will verify the request and delete or anonymise applicable information unless we are legally required to retain it.
