Report unlawful or harmful content for removal. This form follows the take-down notification process under section 77 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002.
The Internet Service Providers' Association (ISPA) is the recognised industry take-down agent in South Africa. You may submit your notice using the form below (it reaches our legal team), or lodge it directly with ISPA:
